3. Services Provided
Ved Infosys provides software solutions, API integrations, CRM systems, and a WhatsApp Business Messaging panel that allows clients to:.
- Access and manage WhatsApp Business Account (WABA) details such as business verification, template approval status, and messaging limits.
- Create, view, and manage WhatsApp templates and send bulk messages using approved templates.
- View detailed delivery reports, message analytics, and performance graphs.
- Use live chat and subscriber messaging features within the CRM panel.
These services are available to both B2B (business) and B2C (consumer) clients.
4. Account Registration & Use
To use the Platform, users must register an account and provide accurate business or personal details. Each user is responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their credentials and ensuring lawful use of the WhatsApp Business API according to Meta’s policies.
5. WhatsApp Business API & Meta Platform Compliance
Ved Infosys uses the official WhatsApp Business API in accordance with Meta’s WhatsApp Business Terms of Service and Meta Platform Terms. By using our services, you agree to comply with these platform rules, including restrictions on spam, unsolicited promotions, or policy violations.
- Only verified and approved WhatsApp Business Accounts (WABA) are allowed to send messages.
- All message templates must be approved by WhatsApp before use.
- Users must obtain consent (opt-in) from their end customers before sending WhatsApp messages.
6. Data & Privacy
Our processing of personal data, including WhatsApp numbers and message content, is governed by our Privacy Policy. By using our Platform, you acknowledge that your data may be stored and processed for communication and analytics purposes in compliance with applicable data protection laws.
7. Service Level & Availability
Ved Infosys strives to maintain 99% uptime for its services. Scheduled maintenance or updates may cause temporary interruptions. Support is available via email or chat during standard business hours (Monday–Saturday, 10:00–19:00 IST).
8. Payments, Billing & Refunds
Invoices are generated for all paid subscriptions or service activations. Payment terms will be specified on the invoice or client portal.
- Refunds are available only before service activation.
- No refunds will be provided once the WhatsApp service or API access has been activated or credits have been consumed.
All payments are to be made as per the agreed quotation or plan, inclusive of applicable taxes.
9. Termination & Suspension
Ved Infosys reserves the right to suspend or terminate any account if:
- There is misuse of WhatsApp API, violation of Meta’s terms, or unlawful messaging activity.
- Invoices remain unpaid beyond the due date.
- We detect suspicious, abusive, or fraudulent behavior on the account.
Upon termination, user access to the Platform will be revoked immediately. Data may be retained as necessary to meet legal or regulatory obligations.
10. Intellectual Property
All software, code, interface designs, documentation, and branding related to Ved Infosys are the intellectual property of Ved Infosys. Clients may not copy, modify, or resell our platform without written consent.
11. Limitation of Liability
Ved Infosys shall not be liable for indirect or consequential damages, including loss of profits or data, arising from the use or inability to use our services. Liability, if any, shall not exceed the amount paid by the customer during the last billing cycle.
12. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Ahmedabad, Gujarat.
13. Changes to Terms
Ved Infosys may update these Terms periodically. Continued use of the Platform after changes are published constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
